This so far has been my only ball from this company I just can not do anything with. On fresh oil it skids, on medium to dry it reads the Lane to soon. I have thrown others from the blizzard line and this is the weakest of all of them. That being said I can still hit 180 with this ball. Just much weaker than I expected.

Drilled my Blizzard Meltdown pin up to be high flaring and angular at the top of my bag.
It was still incredibly smooth at the breakpoint, and a large arc-ing shape. Attempted to add polish and it got a bit too long, so knocked the surface back down and it functioned as a high-flaring smooth piece, despite the layout, which I think is because of the block core.
Overall, it was a really solid ball, for use on heavy oil, but for a high rev player, it won’t see much lane time on most THS, unless you have a flooded center. As a result, I gave it to someone who is speed dominant, and I expect this ball to be a very solid 2-ball option.
Low rev players will benefit from this piece as a strong ball with a relatively big move.

All I can say is WOW!!!!! I originally sold this ball to another guy and he didn't like it so i offered to buy it back, but he just gave it to me. I fixed the thumb and switched the grips out. I don't know the drilling specs except that the pin is in my Ring finger. Didn't know what to expect except what the reviews for every Blizzard sounds awesome. Well it didn't let me down. First night of league with it shot 704. I would highly recommend this ball to anyone.

This was my first ball out of the Blizzard line since signing with CB back in January of 2022. I had heard great reviews on all the Blizzard pieces, but I didn't realize how good they were until I finally got one in my hands.

Going 90 x 3.5 x 30, I get a good amount of length out of the ball and it still has no problem hooking when there is some oil out there. When they say this ball is built for heavy oil, it no doubt has no problem with volume. Definitely a great piece for those who want to wheel the whole lane as well. Stand left throw right and never miss a beat with this monster.

The blizzard meltdown has a tremendous amount of hitting power which makes the pins dance across the deck. This ball has such a smooth movement on the backend it can recover from any part of the lane and still carry the corner pins. The blizzard meltdown is going to make the other bowlers turn their heads and ask who makes that ball. The blizzard meltdown will have a home in my bag for a long time. This was my first ball from the Lord Field line, but it will not be my last.
